As we look back on the last year in our neighborhood, it has been a “No news is good news” kind of a year. We at FOARG have continued to meet regularly, maintaining contact with each other and those neighbors who have come to our meetings. We are keeping our eyes on the horizon of upcoming projects, both here in the neighborhood and at the American River. We are prepared to act if anything harmful comes our way, and prepared to assist in the development of anything good, and to communicate with all of you, in any event. Probably due to the economy more than anything, none of these backburner projects have come to the forefront in the past year. Our group has developed an e-mail list which we use to keep many of you apprised of developments. If you do not receive e-mail from us and would like to, please contact our Secretary, Wes Trunnell to have your e-mail added to our list. We are proud that our group has helped to bring us together to form a cohesive community. Take advantage of our upcoming Annual Party on September 26, 2009 to come out and meet your neighbors. Our next Annual meeting will be at Fair Oaks Methodist Church on Wed. September 16, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. Plan to attend. I look forward to seeing you there!
